The programme strengthens a student’s exposure to the various aspects of direct and indirect taxes through the study of eight specialization courses in taxation. A unique feature of B.Com (Taxation) is commerce lab to support practical application of classroom learning. This programme offers a wide range of career prospects – tax officials, auditors, actuaries, accountants, business consultants, stock brokers, investment analysts, marketing managers, revenue agents, certified public accountants, cost estimators and financial analysts.
Students from both science and commerce are eligible for the course; however mathematics should have been a core subject during high school.
